My education and training provides me with a broad range of clinical experiences from which to draw upon. As such, I treat a variety of issues in my practice. I am most interested in helping my patients explore and resolve emotional conflicts that cause depression, anxiety and dysfunctional relationship. I am also interested in working with patients whose emotional issues are related to or expressed through the body. I have an expertise in treating eating disorder issues, the emotional components of obesity, and other psychological issues that effect the development of somatic illnesses and health concerns.

  • Problems in establishing healthy relationships
  • Mood and Anxiety Disorders
  • Eating Disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating, and other difficulties with food, weight and body image.)
  • Health related issues, such as difficulties in managing or coping with a medical illness
  • Group psychotherapy for Eating Disorders and Coping with Medical Illness
